Read-only, after the trial
One Intervals.icu data pull per tool per UTC day: one look at activities, one at wellness, one at the calendar, each with its own allowance. No writes. Your portal's charts and your calendar feed are not counted.
No chargeIntervalSync connects your Intervals.icu account to the AI assistants you use. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial with full access, and after it stays on Free unless you subscribe. Pro is for your own training. A Coach plan is for a coach whose athletes share their training with them. A Pro Team is two to ten people, each on a plan of their own, who read each other's training.
Each account pays for its own plan, and every plan has a daily limit on the calls its assistants make to Intervals.icu. The terms of service are the rules; this page says what they say about plans.

No chargeReads, and the four write tools that change planned workouts and wellness records once you confirm the exact change. Up to 300 calls to Intervals.icu per UTC day. You pay for your own account.
Billed through StripeEverything in Pro for the coach's own account, and the coach's assistants read the training of up to five athletes who approve it, read-only. Up to 800 calls to Intervals.icu per UTC day, for the coach's own reads and their reads of athletes together.
The coach paysThe same as Coach 5 for up to fifteen athletes, with up to 1,800 calls to Intervals.icu per UTC day. If more athletes share with a coach than the plan covers, it covers the ones who shared first.
The coach paysA team is not a subscription. Each member is on a plan of their own: Pro, a Coach plan, or a trial that is still running. Members share one context, and each chooses which of five groups of their training the others' assistants can read. An account is in one team at a time.
Each member pays for their own planAn athlete. Pro is a personal subscription for your own training. What your own assistant can do is set by your own plan, whoever else you share with.
A coach. A Coach plan pays for the coach's access and not for the athlete's. An athlete needs no plan of their own to share with a coach, and approves the coach's read-only access themselves, on a page that names the training account it covers. They can withdraw it at any time, and the next read is refused.
A team. Nobody pays for a team. Each member is on Pro, a Coach plan or a trial that is still running, and the team's shared context opens once two such members have joined. A member whose plan ends keeps their place, and is read by nobody and reads nobody until they are on such a plan again.
Coach plans and Pro Team says what a coach and a team read, by whose agreement, and what each side keeps when it ends.
Intervals.icu limits how often IntervalSync can call it, for all of its athletes together, so each account has a daily limit on the calls its AI assistants make to Intervals.icu. The count starts again at midnight UTC. A call past the limit is refused before it reaches Intervals.icu, and the refusal says when the count starts again. Tools that answer from IntervalSync alone, your portal's charts and your calendar feed are not counted.
Your AI assistant may have plan requirements of its own for adding a custom connector. The MCP server page and support have the setup for each assistant.
