Terms of service

Your training,
your assistant.

Last updated: October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Walloris Tech LLC, which operates IntervalSync at intervalsync.icu. They apply when you create an account, connect an AI assistant or a calendar app, or subscribe. If you don't agree to them, don't use IntervalSync. The privacy policy explains what we store and why, and is part of these terms.

What IntervalSync is

IntervalSync connects your Intervals.icu account to AI assistants you use yourself, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok. They can read your training data and, once you confirm the exact change, update your planned workouts and wellness records. IntervalSync also gives you a calendar feed of your planned workouts and charts in your portal. It is an independent service, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intervals.icu, Garmin, Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use IntervalSync. Your account is for you: sign in with your own Intervals.icu account, and connect only assistants and apps you use yourself. Keep access to it to yourself, and tell us through support if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what is done through your account and the assistants connected to it.

How you may use it

IntervalSync is for an athlete asking their own AI assistant about their own training. You may not:

Daily limits

Intervals.icu limits how often IntervalSync can call it, for all of its athletes together, so each account has a daily limit on the calls its AI assistants make to Intervals.icu:

The count starts again at midnight UTC. A call past the limit is refused before it reaches Intervals.icu, and the refusal says when the count starts again. Tools that answer from IntervalSync alone, your portal's charts and your calendar feed are not counted. Where pairing a device is offered, a paired device's reads of your ride settings are not counted either, on any plan: each device can read them up to 12 times per UTC day, and a read past that is refused before it reaches Intervals.icu. A paired device's reads of your recent rides, and of one ride's power, are made when you open them on the device, and they are counted as your assistant's are: on Free, one list of rides and one ride's power per UTC day, from the same allowance as your assistant's activity list and activity streams; in the trial and on a paid plan, each is one of the day's calls to Intervals.icu. Its reads of your training trends, of your planned workouts and of the day's heart rate variability, resting heart rate and sleep are counted the same way, as your assistant's training summary, list of planned workouts and wellness are: each once per UTC day on Free. Its reads of the training context you saved and of the shared spaces you are in are answered from IntervalSync alone and are not counted. A shared space is sent to a member's paired device only while that member can read it, as it is to their assistant. Your assistant can save notes for your paired device to show: comments on rides and weeks, and a brief and upper limits for power and heart rate for one day's ride, which the device warns you about while you ride. They are your assistant's suggestions, saved when you ask for them or agree to them, and are not medical or safety advice; how you ride is for you to judge. After a ride with power, your device sends a report on its own, for your assistant to read, and sends it again if you rate how the ride felt. Neither is counted, and both stay on your IntervalSync account until you delete them in your portal or delete your account. We can change these limits; if a change lowers a paid plan's limit, we will tell subscribers by email before it applies to them.

Plans and billing

The 14-day trial applies to new accounts moving forward. Existing accounts keep the trial end date they were originally given, including their 30-day trial. Signing in again or reconnecting does not restart or shorten a trial. Your portal shows your trial end date.

Every new account starts with a 14-day trial with full access. After it, the account stays on Free unless you subscribe. Pro costs $5 a month or $49 a year, is billed in advance through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel Pro or a Coach plan in your portal at any time; it continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the account is then on Free. You can also change between Pro and the Coach plans, monthly or annual, in your portal. A change to a plan that covers more athletes, or to annual billing, applies when you confirm it: the unused part of your current plan is credited and the new plan is charged for the rest of the period, on your next invoice, or at once when the billing period changes, and the amounts are shown before you confirm. A change to a plan that covers fewer athletes, or to monthly billing, applies at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan until then. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or we choose to refund. If a price changes, we will tell subscribers before it applies, and it will start at a renewal. Promo codes are issued only by IntervalSync, are entered on the Stripe checkout page, apply only to Pro, take off only what they state, and cannot be exchanged for money.

When Duo is offered, it costs $8 a month or $79 a year total for two independent accounts, with one payer and one invited member. Each has the same full access as Pro, with their own allowance of up to 300 Intervals.icu calls per UTC day. Duo shares billing only: neither member can read the other's training records, goals or conversations through it. A Duo seat is full access to the account's own training data and is not a plan of the member's own, so it does not count for a team and does not open an athlete's copy of a coach's shared space, or the space itself once the coach's plan has ended, as set out under Coaches, athletes and teams. A personal Pro subscription is separate and is not cancelled automatically. The payer manages renewal and cancellation; leaving Duo or loss of active payment removes its coverage. Any personal subscription or remaining trial still applies. A Duo subscription that can still charge must end before deleting its payer account, including after a failed payment.

Coaches, athletes and teams

When coaching is offered, a Coach plan is a personal subscription for a coach. Coach 5 costs $15 a month or $149 a year and lets the coach's assistants read up to five athletes who share with them; Coach 15 costs $29 a month or $289 a year and covers up to fifteen. A Coach plan includes everything in Pro for the coach's own account. The trial includes coaching up to five athletes until it ends. Athletes keep their own plan: a Coach plan pays for the coach's access and not for the athlete's, and an athlete on Free can still share with a coach. An athlete approves a coach's read-only access to their training connection themselves and may withdraw it at any time. If a coach's plan covers fewer athletes than share with them, it covers the ones who shared first.

A coach and one athlete can keep a shared context that only the two of them and their connected assistants can read; a coach has one such space for each athlete their plan covers, and athletes never see one another's. The athlete needs no plan of their own for it: they read it and publish in it, in their portal and through their connected assistants, while the coach has a Coach plan or its trial, and doing so uses none of Free's daily data pulls. If the coach's plan ends while they work together, both keep their place: the space is closed to the coach until they have a Coach plan again, and to the athlete too unless their own account is on a plan of its own: Pro, a Coach plan or a trial that is still running. A Duo seat is not one. That space is for an athlete who shares their training with the coach, and the two end together: when the athlete stops sharing or leaves the space, or the coach removes them, the athlete can no longer read the space and the coach can no longer read the athlete's training. The coach then keeps what both published there as a record that nobody can add to or be invited to, readable while the coach has a Coach plan. It is kept for one year from the day the space ended, in place of the 90 days an update is otherwise kept, and the coach can delete it sooner. A coach who closes the space instead deletes it for themselves and stops reading the athlete's training.

However the space ends, the athlete keeps a copy of their own: the space's name, the coach's name, the brief as it stood and the updates both of them had published, as they were that day. Coaches should know this before they publish: what you publish in an athlete's space stays with that athlete after the space ends, whether or not you keep or delete your own record. The athlete may also let a later coach they choose read it, as set out below. The athlete's copy is kept for one year from the day the space ended, on any plan, and the athlete can delete it sooner. It can be read by the athlete and their connected assistants while the athlete's account is on a plan of its own: Pro, a Coach plan or a trial that is still running. A Duo seat is not one. Without such a plan it stays stored and closed, and it opens again if the account is on one before the year is over. An athlete whose copy is open can let a coach who has their permission to read their training read all of it, the earlier coach's brief and updates included, and can take that back while the copy is open to them. That coach and their connected assistants read it for as long as the permission lasts, and whenever the athlete's account is on a plan of its own and the coach has a Coach plan or its trial: without either it is closed to that coach, and it opens to them again when both are back. They cannot add to it, change it, delete it or pass it on, and the earlier coach is not told. Nothing can be added to it, and what the coach later does with their record does not change it. If the coach deletes their account, their words and name are removed from the athlete's copy as they are everywhere else.

A team is two to ten members who share one context, and an account can be in one team at a time, whether it made the team or joined it. A team is not a subscription and costs nothing extra: each member is on a plan of their own, which can be Pro or a trial that is still running. A Coach plan counts as one too. A Duo seat is not one: an account whose full access comes only from a Duo seat cannot make a team or accept an invitation to one, and is not counted among a team's members. Its shared context opens once two members on such a plan have joined. A member whose plan ends keeps their place, and cannot read or publish there until they are on such a plan again; the other members are not affected. A coach's space does not ask a plan of its athlete, as set out above.

A team's members read each other's training data, and each member chooses what of theirs is read. It is in five groups: activities; wellness records; planned workouts; a fitness and load summary; and the athlete profile, with the weight and resting heart rate entered in it, and each sport's zones. Making a team or joining one means agreeing that every other member's connected assistants can read the groups you leave ticked, from the training account you sign in to IntervalSync with, for as long as you are both in the team. All five are ticked when you first agree, on a page that shows them before you do, and you can change them on the team's card at any time; a change applies to the next read. A member who shares at least one group reads whatever each other member shares, and a member who shares none reads none. They read it and cannot change anything, and they never see your saved training context or your feedback. The agreement covers members who join after you, whom only the team's owner can invite, and you read each member in the same way. A member is read, and reads, only while they share their training and their own account is on a plan the team counts: a member whose plan has ended, or whose shared training account has been disconnected, keeps their place, is read by nobody and reads nobody. A read of another member counts against the reader's own daily limit, and appears in the read member's activity history with the reader's name. To stop sharing, untick every group on the team's card, which keeps your place, or leave the team; its owner closes it instead. What another member's assistant has already been given follows that provider's rules.

Members explicitly accept access to the goal, priorities and updates published in a shared context, including access by each member's connected assistants. Joining a coach's space grants no access to anyone's training data: a coach reads an athlete's only by the athlete's separate permission. Joining a team shares each member's with the others, as set out above. What is published is asynchronous; publishing does not contact or wake other assistants. An assistant may publish only when its member asks or agrees. A member can publish up to 50 updates per UTC day across their shared contexts. Updates are kept for 90 days; the accepted brief stays until changed or the space closes. Any member who can read a team can add an event to it: a date, optional start and end times and end date, a name and a description, shown to every member and their connected assistants under their name. A member with full access can add an event to their own Intervals.icu calendar as a note; it counts as one of the day's calls to Intervals.icu, and changing or removing the event here later does not change the note. A team can have 30 events coming up at once, and adding or changing one counts as one of those 50 updates a day. The member who added an event can change it, and they or the team's owner can remove it. An event is kept for 90 days after its date. Members can remove their own messages, and the owner can remove any message or close the space. Removing membership stops future reads; copies already delivered to another person's assistant follow that provider's rules. Account deletion removes the departing member's authored words. Publish only what you intend every member and their assistants to read.

Changes to your training, and your decisions

Write tools change your Intervals.icu calendar or wellness records only after you confirm the exact change in your assistant, and you are responsible for the changes you confirm. A deleted planned workout cannot be recovered by us or by Intervals.icu; the assistant receives it as it is removed, so it can be recreated.

Your assistant writes its own answers. IntervalSync supplies your data and does not check what an assistant says about it. Nothing IntervalSync provides is medical advice. Decisions about your training and health are yours; for an injury or a health concern, talk to a qualified professional.

Your data

Your training data stays yours. You allow us to read it from Intervals.icu, and to change it when you confirm, only to provide IntervalSync to you, as the privacy policy describes. We do not sell it.

Suspension and closing an account

If an account breaks these terms, puts IntervalSync or Intervals.icu at risk, or uses far more than its share of the calls Intervals.icu allows us, we can refuse its calls, suspend it or close it. A suspended account's assistants, calendar feed, paired devices and portal charts cannot reach Intervals.icu until we lift the suspension. The portal says the account is suspended, and the account holder can ask us why through support. If we suspend or close a Pro account for breaking these terms, we cancel its subscription so it does not renew; any refund is at our discretion. You can delete your account at any time in your portal.

Availability

IntervalSync depends on Intervals.icu and on the assistants you use, and parts of it may stop working when they change or are unavailable. We may change, add or remove features. We will give notice of changes that matter where we can, but we do not promise that IntervalSync will always be available or free of errors.

Disclaimers

IntervalSync is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Walloris Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or training time, and its total liability for any claim relating to IntervalSync is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Responsibility for misuse

If you use IntervalSync in a way these terms do not allow and that leads to a claim against Walloris Tech LLC, you will cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there, these terms do not take that away.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with its date, and if a change reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell subscribers by email before it applies to them. Using IntervalSync after a change takes effect means you accept it.
