Look for Custom connector, Plugin, MCP, or Developer mode. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode and add a custom connector — a paid plan is required, and OpenAI’s plan rules differ for reading and writing. In Claude, use Settings → Customize → Connectors. In Grok and elsewhere, use the product’s custom connector or MCP option.
Connect with confidence.
Fix issues quickly.
IntervalSync uses one shared OAuth-protected MCP address for every assistant — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or any other that supports remote MCP. Add it in the AI platform you use, sign in when asked, and keep your Intervals.icu credentials out of the assistant entirely.
Set up your assistant.
Menus change between AI products, but the connection pattern is the same. Use a custom remote MCP connector with OAuth.
Name it IntervalSync and use https://intervalsync.icu/mcp/v2. There is no personal URL to generate or copy.
Select OAuth when prompted. Leave optional Client ID and Client Secret fields empty unless the assistant explicitly requires them, then complete IntervalSync and Intervals.icu sign-in.
Some assistants require the connector to be enabled per conversation. Start a fresh chat, turn on IntervalSync, then ask a focused test question such as “List my last three activities.”
A clear answer to the common blockers.
The assistant says IntervalSync is connected, but it cannot call any tools.
Enable IntervalSync for that specific chat and try a new conversation. Some AI products keep a connector installed but do not automatically grant it to every chat. If it still cannot call tools, disconnect and reconnect the plugin, then complete both OAuth screens again.
The assistant cannot compare my training with the same period last year.
Ask with exact date ranges, such as “Compare 20 May–22 July 2026 with 20 May–22 July 2025.” The assistant must invoke a training-summary or activity tool for both periods; an account being connected does not automatically load a year of history into a chat.
I received an IntervalSync subscription-limit message.
New Free accounts have 30 days of unlimited reads and confirmation-gated writes. Afterwards, Free allows one Intervals.icu data pull per tool per UTC day and becomes read-only. The message names the tool that reached its limit; every other tool still has its own allowance for that day. The limit response is intentional and explains when access resets; Pro has unlimited reads and confirmation-gated writes.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code in your IntervalSync workspace before selecting a plan. Each code is issued with a number of redemptions and works until they are used up. A code is eligible when it matches the plan being bought, still has redemptions left, and has not been deactivated; your workspace validates it before checkout. A monthly code makes the first two monthly billing periods free and then renews at $5/month. An annual code takes 50% off the first annual billing period. Sponsor access is issued with a private code.
The assistant says a permission is required or an Intervals credential was rejected.
Open IntervalSync, reconnect Intervals.icu, and approve the requested permissions. The 30-day full-access trial and Pro can use supported calendar or wellness writes only after you confirm the change. Do not try to solve this by pasting an API key into the AI product.
Why did a calendar subscription stop refreshing?
The calendar feed is private. Disconnecting the training connection invalidates its feed. After the Free trial, the calendar feed has its own one refresh per UTC day, separate from the data tools. Reconnect the training account or upgrade if the calendar needs frequent refreshes.
How do I revoke only one AI platform?
Open IntervalSync, select Settings, and turn off the toggle next to that platform under AI platform access. This revokes IntervalSync access for that platform without touching your Intervals.icu account or any other connected AI assistant.
